Help define the neighborhood we’re creating and the principles that will guide life together.

Share ideas about private homes, shared spaces, and the land as plans evolve with professional guidance.
Get to know future neighbors

Explore whether it fits
Learn about the project, ask questions, and consider the participation and responsibilities involved before deciding on your next step.
Your ideas can help shape what comes next.
The biggest benefit of joining now is the opportunity to help shape the community itself—our vision, shared values, design, and the way we hope to live together.
What should everyday life feel like? Which values will guide us? How could the homes, common house, and outdoor spaces support the way we want to live? As an Explorer, you’ll bring your experiences, interests, and priorities into these conversations.
A community shaped by the people who join.
You don’t need design expertise or prior cohousing experience. Bring curiosity, a willingness to listen, and ideas about the place you’d like to call home.
